At bicycle our philosophy for shoe selection is simple, as the only deciding factor should be is if the shoe fits. This being the exact reason we offer our dedicated shoe sizing service.

During the shoe fit an in-depth measurement of your feet will be taken, which will then dictate what brand and model of shoe would work best for you.   

The brands and respective models we carry have been carefully chosen to accommodate for a wide range of foot types. Choosing the right shoe for you will be dictated by your foot type.

All great things are built on the correct foundation, let us help you make sure that yours is.

Our shoe sizing service is not intended for curing any pain or related discomfort on the bike, nor will we asses you on the bike. To treat any of these symptoms our full bike fit service is required. We commonly find that simply purchasing a pair of shoes that are correctly fitted to you does eliminate most causes of discomfort however this service can not guarantee this as some rider have more complex issues that need to be assessed more thoroughly in a bike fitting session.

Our shoe sizing service is built into our bike fitting, if you have a bike fit booked then there is no requirement to book any further appointments.

Foot Measurements

When was the last time your feet were actually measured?

Foot Length, Foot Width, Arch Height, Arch length, Unloaded vs Loaded…

A thorough assessment of your feet to dictate the appropriate last and model of shoe most suitable for you.

Arch Support

The foot is your foundation and main contact point. We have found using the latest saddle pressure mapping technology that saddle pressure can be reduced by up to 50% by simply administering arch support.

Cleat Fitting

We can assess your current cleat location and recommend any necessary changes, or give you the correct starting point if this is going to be your first pair of cycling shoes.
