These Sales, Delivery & Returns Policy (“Policy”) apply to all purchases of goods from Bicycle Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) by consumers and business customers. Please read carefully before placing an order.

1. Who this Policy applies to

  • Business customers – anyone purchasing in the course of trade, business, or profession.

Where rules differ between consumers and business customers, we will make this clear.

2. Ordering and acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by us.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders suspected to be fraudulent or mistaken.

  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Payment

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

  • We accept the payment methods shown on our website.

  • For PayPal transactions, any PayPal fees will be deducted from refunds where applicable.

4. Shipping & delivery

4.1 UK delivery

  • We ship to UK addresses using tracked and signed-for methods.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and paid at the time of purchase.

4.2 EU & International delivery

  • Items shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

  • If a shipment is returned to us due to unpaid customs or taxes, any shipping and restocking fees will be deducted from any refund.

4.3 Delivery times

  • Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider or customs.

5. Risk & title

  • Risk in the goods passes to you when the item is delivered.

  • Ownership passes to you once we have received full payment.

6. Returns – consumers only

6.1 Right to cancel (distance sales)

  • Consumers may cancel an order within 30 days of receiving the goods for any reason.

  • Goods must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

  • Exceptions (non-returnable items) include:

    • Safety equipment (e.g., helmets)

    • Perishables (e.g., food items)

    • Intimate or sanitary products (e.g., chamois cream, cycling shorts)

    • Gift cards

    • Consultation services after advice has been provided

    • Special order items

6.2 How to return

  • To return, contact us at info@bicyclerichmond.co.uk with your proof of purchase.

  • Return items to: 120a Sheen Road, Richmond Upon Thames, TW9 1UR, United Kingdom.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a tracked service and/or shipping insurance.

6.3 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be applied to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

  • PayPal fees, if applicable, may be deducted.

6.4 Late or missing refunds

  • If you do not receive a refund, check your bank account, credit card provider, and PayPal account.

  • The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any disputes.
